Cancellation policy
Credit card is required at the point of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation fee of 50% of treatment price applies where 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided. Cancellation fee of 100% applies for failure to show for an appointment

Whilst walk in enquiries are welcome, bookings are generally essential due to the personalised nature of Soul Escapes Wellness Sanctuary and our affordability and 5 star service. We can book up fast.
